Hi. I’m Chad Wilcox, and this is my site.
As of this writing, I’m 33 years old and live in Washington, DC. Professionally, I work with the Institute for Humane Studies, a nonprofit educational organization based at George Mason University. My job in a nutshell is to build effective relationships with freedom-friendly students, scholars, and organizations.
I joined IHS in May 2005 after spending ten years in Nashville. I have master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Vanderbilt University. For more about my professional history, you can find my résumé here. My professional interests lie at the intersection of education and nonprofit management, and within that space, I’m passionate about doing my part to help achieve a more peaceful and more prosperous society.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I love traveling (50 states, 20 countries, and counting), sports (the Tennessee Titans), craft beer and cocktails, and engaging in rigorous intellectual discussions/debates on any subject at any time!
